Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We do our best to ship your cute loot to your corner of the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are set at a flat rate, which can be viewed at checkout. Domestic orders at $25+ are qualified for free shipping, while International orders at $40 are qualified for free shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if you meet the order requirement.

How are orders packed and shipped?

All orders are personally packed into blue letter sized bubble mailers and shipped directly to you.

How long does shipping take after I place an order?

Cute Loot Arts is ran by two people, so there is a chance it may take us a little longer to process orders. Depending on our inventory, processing time can take up to 5 business days. Once your order is processed and your items are packed, domestic orders take 5-10 business days and international orders take 7-28 business days to reach you. Further delays may be expected due to COVID-19. We thank you for your patience and understanding!

Why did I receive my order in separate bubble mailers?

USPS allows up to 3.5 oz in the bubble mailers that we use to ship your orders. If your order happens to exceed 3.5 oz, we'll automatically divide your order into 2 (or more) bubble mailers at no extra shipping cost to you.
