Refunds/Cancellations
- Once a client agrees to and pays for a commission, they may not request a refund under any circumstance
- The client has the right to cancel a commission if they have not yet paid Invoice #1 or wish not to continue completing a commission
- In the unlikely event where we are unable to fulfill your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified and have the option to:
- Be put on the commission waiting list until we are able to complete your commission on a future date
- Receive a full refund and cancel your commission
